Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and small goods (such as decorative items, accessories, trays, kitchenwares). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately Pre-orders and items included in promotions, sales, or discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
For regular items (items not part of promotions or discounts within the order), we strive for your satisfaction. In the rare event that you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return on the day of delivery. A 1% administrative and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your original payment method upon return.
All returned items must be in excellent, resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Please note, Bold and Urban reserves the right to decline returns if items appear used, altered, or damaged due to negligence.
Items purchased as display sets, clearance, 'As-Is', or explicitly stated as non-returnable in the order are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
For Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items, shipments typically occur within 2-6 weeks from the order date. These items may be specially made from our factory and/or procured from our suppliers, and thus, we strictly adhere to a no-refund policy.
While shipments might occasionally encounter delays, we cannot provide an exact arrival date due to these items' nature. Should you have any queries regarding your Made-to-Order/Pre-Order items, please get in touch with us. In the event that your item has not arrived beyond 3 months from the anticipated shipment date, and if you prefer not to wait any longer, kindly contact us to initiate a refund.
